I work with you in a predominantly person centred way with clients. Drawing from my experiences and training which incorporated Person-Centred Theory and Attachment work. I aim to offer you therapy appropriate to your needs.

You can arrange your first appointment with me by calling 07888 121 622 to discuss how counselling might be helpful before you commit.
Each session lasts 60 minutes. The number of sessions you have is up to you, but most people attend short-term between six to eight sessions. Long-term options are also available if you need.
Together we’ll work to understand what’s impacting on your mental health and your feelings around emotional wellbeing. Space to talk and reflect can potentially lead to achieving the peace of mind you are looking for.
A 60 minute sessions is £40. Concessions are available to students and for a limited number of appointments per week. Payment is required via bank transfer, 24 hours before sessions, or by cash at the beginning of each session.
